3. Biodata:
Nur Rahman Liwal Noor Rahman Lewal was born in Logar province and is a computer and software engineer and the founder and owner of Pashto language software company in Kabul. He was also a candidate in the 2014 presidential election. His first and second running-mates in Presidential Eletion 2019 are respectively: Abdul Hadi Zul-Hekmat, a Pashtun from Logar province and  Muhammad Yahya Wyar, a Pashtun from Khak-e-Jabar district of Kabul province.
