3. Biodata:
Anwar Khan Ooriakhail Oriakhel, son of Asadullah Khan, was born 1957 in Kabul Province. He is from Qara Bagh district of Kabul and lives in Parwan 2 area of the city.  Oriakhil completed his primary education at Bagh Alam School and his secondary education at Qara Bagh High School in 1977. After high school, he was offered a place at the Teacher’s Training Institute in Kabul but was unable to attend due to the war.
 

He was associated with the jihad against the Soviets. Orakhil is a member of the Hizb Itehad Mili (Sayyaf). Oriakhil is considered an influential community leader in Qarabagh district.
 

He was a member of the Committee on Health and Physical Education in Wolesi Jirga 2005.
 

Commission (2012): Internal Affairs

Oriakhel received 4,120 votes in 2018 Wolesi Jirga election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
 

He is married and has 11 daughters and six sons.
 

He speaks Pashto and Dari.
