Said Asadullah Jafari son of Alhaj Sayed Ghazanfar Shah Alami was born 1956 in Bayam Province. He has a Baccalaureate. He was elected Member of the Provincial Council 2009 in Bamyan, which elected him into the Meshrano Jirga 2010. He is a member and the Secretary of the Transport and Telecommunication (Urban development, Aviation, Working Resource, Kabul Municipality, Housing Affairs, Water and Energy Supply) Committee 2010.
