3. Biodata:
Al-Haj Abdul Jabar son of Haji Ghulam Naqshband was born 1958  in Wolsaj District, Takhar Province. He is a influential person in Takhar Province. Jabbar is close to Jamiat-e-Islami. Jabar finished his primary and secondary education at Harbi Shwanzi High School in Takhar in 1977. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Kabul University in 2008.

Jabar participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.
