3. Biodata:
Qazi Suliman Hamed Sulaiman Hamed Qazi Suleman Hamid was born 1960 in Chasheme Sultan village of Badghis province. He completed his high school in Qala-i-Naw before joining the Imam Fakhar Razi seminary in Heart to peruse religious studies. He has bachelor degree in Islamic Law, and was instructor at Khalid Ben Walid Madressa in Badghis province, so he has done professions as head of Administration in Badghis province, Advisor for president in Justice affairs and as Deputy for Ministry of Hajj and Aowqaf. Qazi Suliman Hamed has taken part in Emergency and constitution’s Loya Jirga.

He did his master’s in Criminal Justice Identification from the Payame Noor University in Iran. Hamid was head of the Herat commerce court and Badghis court.

Qazi Sulaiman Hamed was also appointed as IEC commissioner in 2008, although he later left. He is an Aimaq from Badghis province, was a judicial adviser to the president and later Deputy Minister for Hajj and Auqaf. He studied at Kabul University’s sharia faculty and also has a background in secular law. Recently, he was a member of the Independent Civil Service and Administrative Reform Commission. Politically, he is seen as related to both Jamiat-e Islami and Mahaz-e Melli-ye Islami led by Pir Gailani.
