3. Biodata:
Abdul Rahman Fida was born in 1981 in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, the son of Maulvi Jan Muhammad (Madani). He spent the first years of his life in his native Kandahar, where he received his first education from the scholars of the region. After the Russian invasion, he was forced to emigrate with his family. He moved to the United Arab Emirates with his family. He completed his bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Sharia and Arabic Language Literature at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
 

In 2010, Abdul Rahman Fida founded an independent news website called Nunn Aisa, which attracted many people’s attention by publishing facts from this media as a reliable source. The season opened.

In 2012, Abdul Rahman Fida participated as a media personality in important meetings and negotiations between the Islamic Emirate and the United States in Doha (Qatar). Due to his diplomatic acumen, he was responsible for the logistics affairs of the Islamic Emirate during the negotiations between the Taliban and the United States in Doha, and he was also in charge of the media coverage of the talks (Negotiation).
 

In 2020, Abdul Rahman Fida was a member of the special committee for the ease and safety of humanitarian organizations and the United Nations’ work during the current insecurity in Afghanistan.

In 2021 and the re-emergence of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, apart from being appointed the Chief of Ceremonies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was also the first person in charge of all affairs related to foreign embassies and international institutions in the country.

With his academic excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent diplomatic skills, he was appointed as the Guardian of the Islamic Emirate of Dubai and the Northern Emirates in the United Arab Emirates in 2023. H

Abdul Rahman Fida is familiar with the culture and traditions of both his home country and his host country.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has accepted the credentials of Abdul Rahman Fida as Afghanistan’s consul-general in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.(20250527)
