3.Biodata: Ghafari was a tutor, teaching private Arabic, English, Pashto, Dari and mathematics classes for several years. He was a university teacher, teaching Islamic Science and Philosophy, at the Um- Ulmomineen Khadija Kubra Madrasa in Kabul from 2009-2010 in his spare time, simultaneous to serving as a member of parliament. He is a Shi'a Hazara and allied with Heszb-e-Wahdat and is close to Mohaqiq. He bagged 3rd most votes in the 2005 elections and 2nd in the 2010 elestion. He was a member of the Education Committee in the Wolesi Jirga (2005). Namatullah Ghafari was elected as second deputy speaker of Wolesi Jirga, the lower house of Parliament, in the administrative board polls on 20120212.
