Chaman Shah Etimadi is the son of Sultan and was born 1973 in Malistan district of Ghazni province. He has had a secondary education in Islamic studies. Etemadi undertook Islamic studies at seminaries in Iran from 1998-1999. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Science from Jamia Al-Mustafa University in Iran in 2010.
