3. Biodata:
Haji Ghulam Wali Afghan was born in 1986 in Nawa district of Helmand province. He graduated from Khalij school in 2006. Afghan then earned his bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Arakozia University in Helmand province. Before nominating himself to parliamentary elections, Afghan had served in several units of the Afghan Army.

He received 3,341 votes in Wolesi Jirga election 2018 and got a seat in WJ 2018.
