Sayed Mohammad “Hashemi”, son of Sayed Habibullah, was born 1961 in Yakawlang District, Bamyan Province. It is said he was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy and Sociology from a u/i University. He joined MOJ in 2002.
