Mohammad Daud Ghafari is the son of Abdul Ghafar and was born 1971 in  Daulat Shah district of Ghor province. He is a high school graduate Baccalaureate). He presently lives in Kabul. He is a member of the Jamiat-e Islami party. He was head of and a member of the Provincial Council for four years. He is a Member of the Complaints and Petitions Commission.
