3. Biodata:
Abdul Wakil Amini, prosecutor, was fired im autumn 2006 because his alleged involvement in a graft case, but after that he could still live in a luxurious villa. He denied taking bribes. Wakil Amini, was Chief of the Documentation Department of the Attorney-General’s Office, was also removed from his position during Sabit’s era. Amini accused Sabet of removing him from his position without a valid reason. He claimed that Sabet removed about 250 professional staff from their various positions at the Attorney-General’s office and appointed in their stead persons with little experience or knowledge.
