3. Biodata:
Bilqis Kochi, daughter of Muhammad Osman, was born in 1956 in Kohar district of Faryab province. She completed her higher education at a teacher training institute. She has worked as teacher and director of a social science department. She speaks Dari, Pashto and Uzbeki. Kochi has traveled to Iran and Pakistan. She was appointed to the Meshrano Jirga by the President.

She is married and has four children.
