Qari Muhammad Kazim, Mullah and religious school administrator of the Hazrat Bilal Madrassa District Baghram Parvan Province was arrested of a by intelligence officials from NDS in the Bagram district of central Parwan province (20100821). Nearly 600 protestors, coming from the Ghulam Ali area at 8am, blocked the Bagram-Mahmood Raqi highway. Students of the Hazrat Bilal Madrassa gave the call for the protest.
