Zabihullah Hussain Khel was born in 1989 in Laghman province. Hussain Khel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Canberra, Australia.

The letter reads: According to information, Zabihullah Hussain Khel, Consul General of Afghanistan in Istanbul, has left Turkey for an unknown destination without prior notice, during administrative and official procedures and clarification on financial, administrative and revenue sources of the Consulate. .

According to reports, the country's consul general in Türkiye has stolen a huge amount of money from the consulate and fled.

So far, it has not been determined why Zabihullah Hosseinkhel became a refugee and to which country. Amrullah Saleh's son-in-law, Hussain Khel, said he had resigned because he refused to cooperate with the Taliban.
