He did not return to Afghanistan until 2004, after which he was a construction adviser at the Kohi Noor Foundation.

3. Biodata:
Akram_Ekram_SayedEng. Said Ekram, son of Haji Sayed Burhan Sayed Burhanuddin, was born in 1969 in Bagrami village, Sorkh Rod district. Ekram graduated from Chaknori High School in Nangarhar in 1989. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Engineering Faculty of Nangarhar University in 1997.

Eng. Sayed Akram is independent Wolesi Jirga 2010 member. He bagged 7th most votes during 2010 elections.

Finance, Budget, Public Accounts and Banking Affairs.

Ikram is the Secretary of the Wolesi Jirga (House of People) National Assembly of Afghanistan. (20141208)
