3. Biodata:
Haroon Mutaref was born in Kabul. He went to Estiqlal High School in Kabul and studied at Literature Kabul University. He was an  assistant to Wolesi Jirga.

Reports say, Haroon Mutaref Harun Mutaref, civil society activist and one of the leaders of Khair Khana crowd in Kabul was arrested by police. (20170602) Junbish-e Guzar headed by Haroon Mutarif held a gathering Monday evening May 20, 2019 in Kabul, calling on president Ghani to step down after 22 May.

Mutaref is married.
