Late Haji Khan Mohammad Zabet was a resident of Aqcha district, Jawzjan Province. He was a commander of Jamiat-e-Islami who was leading a group of uprising forces in northern Jawzjan province. Haji Zabit and a number his comrades were killed in a Taliban ambush in Jawzjan province late on Friday Apr 6, 2019 night.
