Fida Mohammad Ulfat Saleh was born in 1986 in the Bagrami district of Parwan province. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from thr Swiss University’s Dubai branch.

Sahle is an ethnic Tajik and has been elected to the Afghan house of representatives for the first time. He was previously involved in business operations.

He doesn’t hold membership in political parties and is an independent candidate.

Fida Mohammad Ulfat Saleh secured 7,406 votes in 2018 Wolesi Jirga election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
