Mrs. Nooria Hameedi is the daughter of Abdul Hameed. She was born in 1979 in Dahna Ghori district. She completed her primary high school at Azizan High School in her hometown. She became member of provincial council for the second term. In 2010 she was a student of political science at Hakim Sanayi Institute of higher education besides being member of provincial council.

Mrs. Nooria Hamidi received 2,775 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat In WJ 2018 .
