3. Biodata:
Ghulam Mustafa Harooni went to the Lycee Khair Khana in Kabul from 1980 to 1992. Later he has graduated from the faculty of law and political sciences and is a master degree candidate for the human resources management and the public administration. He worked for the ministry’s legislation and labor laws in the past.
Harooni contributed to a ILO paper about bonded labor in Afghan brick kilns in 2011.
He could successfully pass the Capacity Building for Results (CBR) and won the General Director job through a free administrative reforms and national services pay-scale process.(20160523)
