He was born 1974 in Kando Village, Kajran district of Dai Kundi province but lives in 3rd District, Kabul now. He is a high school graduate (Baccalaureate).  For 2 years he was the head of Keti and Kajran districts. Nasiri  is Chairman of the Handicapped, Disabled, Dependents of Martyrs and Refugees Commission.

He is married.
