3. Biodata:
Abdul Wasy son of Haji Wakeel Ahmad Khan was born in 1962, in Kabul. He received his primary and secondary education in Kabul. He received his high school diploma from the Isteqlal high school and his Bachelor from in economics from Kabul University. He worked for three years as Journalist with Hywad Daily, five years with Budget Department, four years with Audit Department, Ministry of Finance, and three years with the Investment Board of Prime Minister. On 25, 6, 2008, upon proposal from Minister of Finance, he was appointed as Professional member of FDRC by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
