UNAMA Experts support High Peace Council

History and Biodata:

In October 2010, UNAMA at the request of the High Peace Council, enacted a special group of experts known as the Salaam Support Group to provide technical and logistical assistance for the Council’s work.

Provincial Peace and Reintegration Committes (PPRC) will take care of opposition and Taliban fighters who give up fighting the Government and are ready to reintegrate. Below see the scheme. It doesn't work, because the Afghan Government after inssuance of political amnesty doesn't really carte about the reintegration. No jobs, no money, no sunstantial benefits.
