Background:
Commander Ziauddin, campaigning for a PC candidate Maulvi Mohammad Ibrahim, beat the workers of two polling stations in Zegi village of Aab Kamri district (Badghis Province) and too took ballot boxes to his home and filled them. The commander had no arms, but he is powerful in the area and people afraid from him. Ziauddin came to the polling centre and his men started beating workers and then took ballot boxes.
