He has 14th Grade education. Sayedi is the Secretary of the National Economic, Finance, Budget and General Accounts (Rural Development, Agriculture and Live Stock, International and Local NGOs, General Inspection and Narcotics/Drugs Campaign) Commission. He was a member of the Harkat Islamic Party.

He is married and has two children.
