Karima Sadiqi is a member of the 2009 Provincial Council Kunduz. Sadiqi: The Taliban is repressing women's newfound freedoms in many parts of the province, prohibiting women from traveling alone and closing down girls schools. Some say the Taliban is less repressive than when they ruled Afghanistan, but Sadiqi says, "They're the same Taliban."
