Sadat, Sayed Mohammad Taqi

3. Biodata:
Sayed Mohammad Taqi Sadat was born in Mazar-e-Sharif on 28 Dec. 1955. He has been working as the head of IARCSC, North Regional Office, Mazar-e-Sharif- Afghanistan since August 2007. He has earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kabul University in Industrial Management, a certificate in Management from Capacity Building Training Center, Mazar-e-sharif, Afghanistan and a certificate in proficiency in Spoken English from NIIT institute, Delhi, India. He has worked in many important positions.

Previously he worked as the Civil Servant Specialist in IARCSC, Mazar-e-Sharif- Afghanistan from June 2005 to August 2007, as the Head of Finance Department of Kodi Barq, Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan from September 1983 to May 1991 and as the Planning Manager of Kode Barq, Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan from September 1980 to May 1983.

Sayed Mohammad Taqi is very well-versed in Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Planning and Leadership, Administration and Economics.
