Sabri_Wali Haji Wali Jan was born 1980 in Helmand Province. He is from Noorzai tribe and has got primary education. His father was Helmand Provincial Police Chief. Haji Wali Jan himself was police chief of Gesreshk District in Helmand Province. He bagged most votes in the Wolesi Jirga elections 2005. He was a member of the Rules Committee in the Wolesi Jirga.
