Ahmad Ali is the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHCR) finance secretary. He is the brother of Dr. Sima Samar, the chairman of AIHRC. Najibullah Kabuli, a member of the Wolesi Jirga, accused Sima Samar and her brother of involvement in corruption, receiving bribes from warlords, to remove their names from the list of war criminals. Ahmad Ali Ali Ahmad also used to work for the ICRC in the north of Afghanistan.- Last modified:
