Abdul Manan "Diwana" (Diwana=crazy) is a second tier commander of Ittihad party (Sayyaf). Human Rights Watch is listing him as a Human Rights Abuser. He was involved in the Afshar Opertaion in Kabul. As of mid-2005 he was reported to be governor of a district in Sar-e Pol province.- Last modified:
