Syed Muhyiddin Sadat Sayed Mohiuddin Sadat, is a former afghan Diplomat. In China, the Taliban appointed Mahyuddin Saddat as first secretary in Beijing, according to Javid Qaem, who served as ambassador there until early January 2022. Saddat hasn’t yet arrived in China. Qaem said Saddat’s planned arrival was the main reason that pushed him to leave Beijing. Ahead of his departure, Qaem, who cited financial difficulties as another reason for resigning, said he had been in touch with Saddat. “They want to take over in China. I wrote a small handover note. We spoke on the phone. I wouldn’t call it cordial,” he said. “I was part of the republic and I don’t want to be part of the new regime but I had an ethical responsibility.”

Javed Ahmad Qaim, Afghanistan's ambassador to China, handed over the embassy to a Taliban-designated diplomat named Sayyid Muhyiddin Sadat. He was a former member of Taliban's political bureau in Qatar, & recently appointed by Taliban as first secretary of Afghan Emirate in China.
