Ahmad Zia Siraj Ahmad Zia Seraj Ahmad Zia Saraj hails from Kapisa Province. He has two master's degrees, one in the US and the other at Chartered Management Institute in London, Post graduate Diploma level 7, Strateggic management and Leadership  and Kings College London (both 2012-2013). Ahmad Zia Saraj worked as a liaison officer at Manfred Gonzalez, a technical branch of German Embassy in Kabul. Ahmad’s main responsibility was to liaison with various Ministries of the Government of Afghanistan for technical requirements. (20091027) He signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Da Afghanistan Bank, Deputy and acting chairman of Da Afghanistan Bank Wahidullah Nowshir and National Directorate of Security (NDS) to fight money laundering, root out resources funding terrorism and prevent from trafficking money and financial crimes.(20190414)
