Abdul Latif Nahzatyar Abdul Latif Nuhzat Yar s/o Haji Amir Mohammad was born 1973 in Islam Abad village, Wama District, Nooristan Province. He was awarded B.A. in Political Science from Nangahar University. He also served as Haji Abdul Qadir’s secretary. He is a member of Heszb-e-Islami.
