3. Biodata:
Ahmad Zaki Sarfaraz son of Toryali was born 1986 an grew up in Logar Province, Afghanistan. He earned his bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering from Kabul University and later on, at the same faculty was appointed as an Assistant/Associate Professor. Ahmad Zaki obtained his Master’s degree in Urban Planning from State University of New York, USA (University at Buffalo) through a Fulbright scholarship. He has more than 10 years of work experience with national and international organizations. After completing Master’s degree, from 2015 to 2019 Ahmad Zaki has worked respectively as - Technical and Urban Planning Adviser at Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MUDH), Head of Urban Research and Training Center (MUDH), Acting Director of Urban Development Affairs (MUDH) and Senior Adviser to the President on Urban Development Affairs at Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA).

He is married and has a daughter.

He speaks Pashtu, Dari and English
