3. Biodata:

Habiburahman Sayyaff, son of Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf, was born in April 1981. He graduated from the  Hara school and attained both his bachelors degree in management and masters degree in jurisprudence and law  from private universities in Kabul. He has served as a chairman of the youth of Dawat-e-Islami Afghanistan for many years and has also been active in political, social, cultural and civil activities. He held the responsibility of organising academic seminars as well.
 

He has work experience including being the chief editor of Dawat-e-Islami Radio and Television and the director of Ofuq Center for Strategic Studies.
 

He has been a candidate from the Dawat-e-Islami political party. Sayyaf is an ethnic Pashtun and it is the first time that he has been elected to the Afghan parliament.

Habib Ur Rehman Sayaf Habib Rahman Sayyaff received 3,879 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2918.
It is the first time that he has been elected to the Afghan parliament.
