Ibrarullah Murad, a son of Mohammad Murad, was born in the Kama district of Nangarhar province. He is a school graduate and is a member of provincial council in the province. He previously worked as border police and was former jihadi commander. However, his was suspended for some time after he was of involvement in some crimes.

Israrullah Murad is a son of Mohammad Murad and brother of former Provincial Council Member Ibrarullah Murad. Isarullah Murad is the resident of Kama district. He was born in 1964. He is undergraduate in law from Ariana University. Before making his way to provincial council, Israrullah Murad was director of Afghan Murad Private High School.

Ibrarullah Murad secured 5,504 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
