3. Biodata:

Shahpoor Popal was born in 1967 in Herat province. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law in 2017. Popal is an ethnic Pashtun and has secured a seat in the Afghan parliament for the first time. He had previously served as the chairman of Popal Tribes Council. Popal doesn’t hold membership in any political parties and is an independent candidate.

Haji Shahpoor Popal Shahpour Popal received 6,920 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
