3. Biodata:

Mohammad Zafar Sadiqi was born in 1956 in Nawmish district of Helmand province. He studied in school till 8th grade in Nawmish district.

It is the first time that he entered Wolesi Jirga. Prior to his candidature for parliamentary election, Sadiqi had been busy with business operations.

He doesn’t hold membership in political parties and has been an independent candidate for parliamentary election. Sadiqi says that his ethnicity is mentioned as Tajik in ID card (Taskira) but he is a Shia and from a tribe called Bashlami.

Mohammad Zafar Sadeqi received 4,041 votes in Wolesi Jirga election 2018 and got a seat in WJ 2018.
