Mrs. Diwa Samad Diva Samad was born 1995 in Afghanistan. Diwa holds a Master of Economics from the University of Malaya and is a Malaysian International Scholar.Through her work she conducted a wide range of research activities and has published several publications with major focus on regional economic cooperations, illicit trade, health economics, affordable housing and sectoral reform.
