Mrs. Nela Sadiq Oghli Neela Sadiq Oghlo Nila Sadiq Oghlo Nila Sadeq Oghlo is responsible for a soybean factory in Sheberghan, Jawzjan Province. The establishment of the factory is for job creation for destitute women. (20181201) Radio Ghazal is known among free and independent media which was established by Nila Sadiq Oghlo in Shibirghan capital city of Jawzjan in 2013. Radio Ghazal airs on FM 99.9 frequencies. The radio is the 7th audio media covering Shiberghan city. it airs 24-hours programs covering political, cultural, social, religious, health, education and entertainment programs.(2016)

Background:
Mrs. Sadiq Oghlo said that 150,000 dollar was invested in the construction of the factory. The factory has a capacity of 1 ton of Soybean flour in 24 hours. Soybean contains 40 per cent protein and 12 per cent oil. More than 70 types of foods, including milk, cheese, and oil are obtained from Soybean.
