3. Biodata:
Sayed Ihsan Taheri Seyed Ehsan Tahiri. He was born 1985 in Afghanistan. From 1996 to 2001, during Taliban regime in Afghanistan, Taheri lived in Pakistan with his family. By 2002, he had begun serving in various capacities in the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. He has worked domestically as the founding member of Afghanistan 3rd Trend Afghanistan's Youth Socio-Political Trend, and internationally as a member of the FINA Media Committee.

He headed the Afghan Government Monitoring and Evaluation Authority at the Administrative Office of the President and has served in the Presidential Office of Administrative Affairs and Council of Ministers Secretariat as Director of Information and Public Relations and Afghan Government spokesperson.

He participated in the creation of Afghanistan's Constitution, the first-ever presidential elections, the Afghanistan-Pakistan Joint Peace Jirga, and Consultative Loya jirga for talks on Afghan – American Strategic Partnership.

Earlier 2017, the Afghanistan Swimming Federation launched an online fundraiser to fuel its first National Women’s Swimming Team. Taheri believes the time is right to empower women as equal partners in making further cultural and modernizing strides of his country.
