3. Biodata:

Hasibullah Niazi s/o Dr. Azimullah Niaz i(Member of Kabul Provincial Council) was born 1986 in Kabul province, 7^th district of Wasil Abad, Chardehi. During the Russian war he migrated to Peshawar – Pakistan for safe life and better education. He completed his Secondary Education (12^th class) – High School period and graduated from Mowlana Jami High School located in Peshawar on August 2004. Following that he started studies at Civil Engineering faculty in Ariana University located in Peshawar, Pakistan,  (Sept 2014). He graduated as B.A. on Nov 2008 from Paktia (Ariana University). Prior and after graduation from University he worked as Trainee and Laboratory Officer in ACLU (Afghan Construction & Logistics Unit) and TI (Technologists Incorporated) in Construction Material Quality Control testing section.
 

After graduation from University from January 2009 till October 2015 he has been working with different International and Local Construction Companies in various provinces of Afghanistan as Quality Control / Quality Assurance / QCS Admin / Civil Engineer under USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) on Construction projects of ANA (Afghan National Army), ANP (Afghan National Police), Police Headquarters.
 

On August 2016, Niazi got a job as Quality Assurance with Ministry of Urban Development and Housing for Restoration & Consolidate of Darulaman Palace (RCDP) and Restoration & Consolidate of Historical Monuments and Mosques and served till December 2017.
 

Niazi currently works as Volunteer Officer in National Assembly (Lower House – Wolesi Jirga) in International Relation Directorate of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (January 2018 – present).

Niazi’s native language is Dari (Persian). He can speak Pashto, English, Urdu, Tagalog (Filipino) and German.
