3. Biodata:
Ahmad Hasib Farhan is a graduate of Kabul University and holds a Master degree from Japan in Public Policy and Economics. Farhan has been managing projects, designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and conducting project evaluations since 2008. With experience on various projects including SME development, Agriculture development, education, private sector development, justice sector support, good governance and capacity building programs for various donors including USAID, GIZ and FCO and various government and private funders. He designed, developed, implemented and managed or provided technical assistance to the management of the monitoring and evaluation of various projects in Afghanistan. Farhan also is an Afghan analyst and commentator on political and socio-economic issues in Afghanistan. (20161001)
