General Mohammad Ayub Salangi was born in 1965 in Salang District of Parwan Province.  Salangi, has been performed different Military Positions from 1993 – 2016 throughout Afghanistan

He owns a house in Sherpur where many of the homeowners are government officials, whose annual salaries would not otherwise enable them to live here for more than a few days. A mansion — ornate faux Greek columns, a towering fountain — is owned by Ex-Kabul’s police chief, Mohammed Ayob Salangi. It can be had for $11,000 a month. Salangi’s salary is unknown, that of Karzai, the president, is about $600 a month. Salangi is close to ex President Karzai.
