3. Biodata:

Sayed Nematullah Sayer Nemat Saier Sayed Niamatullah Sayer was born on 18th November 1979 in Jalabad, Nangahar Province. In 1982, together with his family he migrated to Pakistan, where he lived in a refugee camp. He has graduated from Mia Omer High school in 1996 and joined Nangarhar Intermediate Medical Institute. In 2002, He joined Law and Political Science Faculty at the University of Nangarhar and has successfully completed it in 2006. He took part in in the PPGG (Public Policy Good Governance) program of the DAAD and in 2011 obtained his Master degree in Public Policy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt in Germany. He wrote his master thesis on “Understanding and controlling police corruption in Afghanistan”. He has worked for various government and non-government institutions and recently worked as a National Research Advisor with the Independent Joint Anti-Corruption Monitoring and Evaluation Committee in Afghanistan. He worked as a Deputy Chief of Staff at the Administrative Office of the President of Afghanistan for Coordination of State Affairs.
