Jandad Speenghar, Jandad Spinghar, Jan Dad Spinghar Jan Dad Speenghar holds a B.A in Law and Political Science from Kabul University and a Masters’ degree in political science from Azad-e- Islami University. He is an Executive Director with ten years of leadership and management experience working with variety of government, non-government organizations and human rights commission. Equally strong qualifications in analysis, research and case studies. Explicitly focused on elections and electoral issues. Recognized among media outlets for his expertise on electoral reforms, parliamentary and election observation, civil society organizations and political parties. Plenty of publications in national and local newspapers and journals.  Strong managerial background with senior level local/international experience. Strong american backing. Working as the former CEO for FEFA and currently working in Election Watch Organization of Afghanistan (EWA) as Executive director. EWA has deployed 500 Mobil Observers in runoff Elections, who were able to cover 1600 PC in 16 provinces of the country. In August 2009, Spinghar’s office, the Free and Fair Election Foundation of Afghanistan (FEFA) that normally has only about 20 staff, is going to be one of the biggest organizations in the country observing the elections on 20 Aug 2009 , employing about 8,000 people.

He has been okayed by presidential palace as the head of the Electoral Reform Commission.(20150423)
