Nazarzi was a Wolesi Jirga 2010 candidate but could not bag a seat in Bagrami, Kabul.

Unknown armed men opened fire on Mandgar Daily, Editor-In-Chief, Hakeem Nazari Paryani in Kabul. He  had been wounded in one of his foot during the gunfire took place close to his house in the area of Tapa-e-Maranjan, Kabul.(20121214)

Nazari Paryani, was the news editor of the daily "Payman". He was released after eight days in detention with MOI in Kabul over an allegedly blasphemous article that was published by mistake.(20090121)

Mohammad Hakim Nazari Paryani is editor of Mandegar, a newspaper with close ties to the Northern Alliance. He explained that the movement is remobilizing in case internationally supported talks with the Taliban see them return to power.(20130223)
