3. Biodata:
Aziz_Dr_FatimaDoctor Fatima Aziz, daughter of Abdula Aziz  was born 1973 in Kunduz Province. Aziz completed her secondary education at Naswan High School in Kunduz in 1987. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Maternal-foetal Medicine from Kabul University in 1993. Ms Aziz has worked in the Maternal-foetal Medicine field for 12 years, then for international NGOs. After receiving her degree, she began working as a doctor in Wazir Akbar Khan and Malalai hospitals in Kabul, as well as in the provincial hospital of Kunduz. She also worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for one year.
 

Aziz participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002, and in the Peace Jirga representing Kunduz province in 2010.

Her brother is the representative of the Ministry of Economy in the Provincial Administration of Kunduz. Her husband is an engineer.

She is woman with liberal views. In the Wolesi Jirga 2005 she was the Deputy Chairwoman in the Communications, Transportation, City Development, and Municipalities Committee. Chairman: Eng. Mohammad Khan (Ghazni) Deputy: Fatima Aziz (Kunduz).
 

Fatima was a Representative from Kunduz to the three day National Consultative Peace Jirga in Kabul  in June 2nd, 2010.(20111014) which was attended by some 1,600 people including tribal elders, lawmakers, social and political figures as well as government officials.

Dr. Fatema Aziz received 1,042 votes in Wolesi Jirga election 2018 and got a seat in WJ 2018.

Wolesi Jirga Member Fatima Aziz has passed away in a Switzerland hospital, her family members acknowledged. She died of cancer. (20210312)
 

Aziz is married and has two daughters and two sons.
 

She speaks Dari, Pashtu, English and Urdu.
