3. Biodata:
omar_assadullah_omerAfter obtaining his Bachelor of Lycée Esteqlal (Lycée Franco-Afghan) in Kabul, Dr. Assad Omer Omar was admitted to the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, Kabul University. He continued his graduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Freiburg, Institute of International Studies (HEI) and the Faculty of Law, University of Geneva where he obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws. He was a research fellow from 1978 to 1979.

Dr. Omer has taught at several European universities, is the author of several articles and books on issues related to economic development and integration of developing countries into the global economy.

Dr. Omer speaks Dari, Pashto, French and English

He received the honor of the French Republic: Officer of the Order of Merit.
